Most public authorities rely on Select Lists of suppliers for their low-value purchases and tenders. The problem is that these lists are invariably expensive for public authorities to manage and maintain, and often contain out-of-date information.
SELECT from BiP is different: it's an online Internet service that provides authorities with instant access to up-to-the-minute data on pre-registered suppliers at no cost, and in the precise format they require.
SELECT is available to over 200 Local Authorities as their preferred Supplier Information Database.
Entry into SELECT is available FREE to all Suppliers. To access SELECT all that is needed is an Internet browser version 3 or above.
